I had a conversation last night with my mom that I never imagined I'd have. Well, that's not totally true, but it was still a bizarre moment for me.
My mom started to warn me that if I'm anything like her I only have 4 more years until menopause starts so I should look into doing natural supplements to get my body prepared. She regrets not doing that. I thought WOW. I've really crossed over from being her little girl to being her daughter who is now a middle age woman. It was just weird to be having that conversation. I'M OLD!
